Alkali-Resistant Acrylic Emulsion for Sealing Primers | High Tg Concrete Sealer Resin
Product Description

WL-J400 is an advanced, fine-particle-size acrylate copolymer emulsion designed for premium priming, sealing, and industrial coating applications. Engineered with an ultra-high glass transition temperature (Tg:59-65℃) and superior crosslinking density, this resin provides an unbreakable anchoring profile on challenging concrete, masonry, and plastic substrates. It thoroughly solves common industry failures, such as poor bonding in elastomeric coatings and topcoat degradation caused by highly alkaline substrates.

WL-J400 is specifically designed for exterior wall primer latex paints. In sealing primer formulations, it demonstrates exceptional water resistance, alkali resistance, and anti-efflorescence (anti-frosting) properties. Compared with international benchmarks of the same class, its performance has reached a leading global standard.
